Meeting 1(free consultation) – DW Interior Design will travel to the client’s residential or small commercial space to inspect the site, ask questions about how the space is used, learn about the goals of the client, and discover the client’s style.
Meeting 2– An interior designer will meet with the client to discuss a rough scope of work and associated design fees, and to determine if the client would like DW Interior Design to develop and submit a formal interior design proposal.
If both parties agree to move forward with the interior design project, then DW Interior Design will create and submit a formal design proposal with fee structure and rough project schedule. Prospective clients are under no obligation to accept the proposal – and design work will not begin – until the client reviews and accepts the proposal and returns a signed copy of the contract to DW Interior Design.
Meeting 3– this meeting will occur once the client signs the design contract. A basic outline of the project (including color scheme, materials and overall style) will be presented to client at this time.
